1. Behaviour & Etiquette Policy
We aim to provide a respectful, enjoyable, and safe environment for all participants. To ensure this, the following guidelines must be adhered to during your time with Jury Games:
a. Disruptive Behaviour: Should any participant engage in disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe behaviour, Jury Games staff reserve the right to ask them to leave the performance space without refund.
i. This includes, but is not limited to:
Offensive language (swearing, insults, inappropriate comments).
Inappropriate body language that makes staff or other participants uncomfortable.
Any other actions (verbal or non-verbal) that disturb the experience or threaten the safety of others.
b. Damaged Equipment: If a participant damages any equipment, they are responsible for covering the full replacement cost.
c. Refusal of Entry or Removal: Jury Games reserves the right to refuse entry to any individual or ask a ticket holder to leave if their behaviour breaches the standards above. Appropriate action will be taken to enforce this right.
d. Zero Tolerance: We do not tolerate any of the following:
Intoxication from alcohol or the use of prohibited substances.
Bullying, violence (physical or threatened), or aggressive behaviour.
Discriminatory or derogatory comments based on sex, gender, race, religion, or any other protected characteristic.
Unwanted advances towards staff or other participants.
2. Personal Responsibility and Liability
a. Personal Safety: Participants are responsible for their own safety during the experience. Jury Games is not liable for any injury or harm, except where caused by our negligence.
b. Risk Assumption: Participation in Jury Games is at your own risk. We cannot accept responsibility for injuries or damages that occur, except where caused by our negligence.
c. Use of Equipment: Participants must follow all safety instructions and use any provided equipment as directed. Failure to do so may result in injury, for which Jury Games is not responsible.
d. Property Loss or Damage: Jury Games is not responsible for any theft, damage, or loss of personal belongings while attending the event.
e. Right to Decline Participation: Participants may choose to decline any activity proposed by Jury Games staff. However, we encourage everyone to take part to fully enjoy the experience.
f. Illegal or Dangerous Behaviour: Jury Games is not responsible for individuals engaging in illegal or dangerous activities.
g. Minors: All participants under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult guardian at all times during the event. The guardian is responsible for the safety, behaviour, and actions of the minor(s) in their care.
3. Ticket Conditions, Refunds, and Event Cancellation
a. Ticket Requirements: Each participant must hold a valid ticket, which may be issued as an e-ticket.
b. Ticket Resale: Tickets may not be resold for profit or at a premium without the written consent of Jury Games. Any breach of this may result in denial of entry. You may be asked to provide photo ID to confirm you are the original ticket holder.
c. Timely Arrival: Tickets are valid only for the specific time slot indicated. If you arrive late, entry may be refused, and no refunds or compensation will be provided.
d. Event Modifications: Jury Games reserves the right to alter cast members, timings, or other aspects of the performance due to unforeseen circumstances. Such changes will not entitle participants to a refund.
e. Refunds and Cancellations:
If a performance is cancelled or abandoned before half of the experience has taken place, refunds will be issued.
If the cancellation occurs more than 48 hours before your scheduled date, you will be offered an alternative time slot at no additional cost.
If a cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the event, refunds will be provided.
f. Minimum number of participants:
f.i. Private Shows: A minimum of three participants is required to secure a booking.
f.ii. Public Performances: Jury Games reserves the right to cancel or combine bookings with fewer than three participants to maintain an enjoyable gameplay experience for all attendees. Affected bookers will be contacted 72 hours before the time of their booking.
g. Force Majeure: Jury Games will not be liable for any failure to deliver the event due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters (earthquakes, storms, etc.).
Public health emergencies (pandemics, disease outbreaks).
Strikes, terrorism, or civil unrest.
Equipment failure (power outages, technical issues).
4. Data Protection
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. By booking a ticket for Jury Games, you agree to the collection, use, and storage of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
6. Declaration
By booking your ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. Your participation in Jury Games is conditional upon your acceptance of these terms.
