HOW IT WORKS

Jury Duty players are invited to join other players at a central London office location to take part in a new form of jury service. Live actors greet them and will assist, but not guide, their deliberations.

Players are presented with physical evidence, sworn statements, and a computer database relating to a fictional crime.

Players interrogate a Defendant several times, and are encouraged to cross-reference with the evidence.

When the time is up, players are asked to vote on their verdict!

How many people can play Jury Duty?
Each game is for 14 people. If you book a group ticket, then the game is yours and you can play with up to 13 friends! If you book individual tickets you will try to crack the case as a team with other fellow Jurors who may have booked the same time slot.

How long does Jury Duty last?
Jury Duty lasts 90 minutes.

Children under the age of 13 need to be accompanied by an adult over 18. The game involves discussion of murder and arson.

There are no special effects to be aware of in Jury Duty.

How interactive is this?
As it's performed by experienced immersive theatre actors, Jury Duty will respond to how you approach it as players. The facts of the case stay the same, but how you discover them may reflect what you do. At its heart, Jury Duty is a show about talking to a man on trial - you will get the chance to question a real actor playing that character. His fate will be in your hands.

Do I have to participate?
Jury Duty can be played at any level you're comfortable with. There's room for jurors who want to ask lots of questions and dive into the detail, as well as those who'd prefer to sit back and observe. If you wish to attend and simply watch and listen, you are welcome to - though we highly encourage you to use your vote at the end.
